Abstract: America would not be here today if it was not for the Colonial Soldier. The Colonial soldier was instrumental in building America; he helped the colonists to win many important battles and campaigns. The Colonial Soldiers created battle tactics that that the modern soldiers still use Today. They had a huge influence on warfare, especially the American soldier’s ways of battle. The Soldiers in Colonial times where very key to America’s independence. The following research explores the colonial soldier’s role and impact on the success of the colonies. Additionally, this paper explores the daily life or soldier, different battles the soldiers fought in, the different types of soldiers, the weapons Colonial Soldiers used and much more.
